Fencair.com is currently an informational website for Fencair ecommerce software. The site does not currently provide customer accounts, direct checkout or newsletter signup.

Contact form data

If you submit the support contact form, Fencair processes the information you provide, including your name, email address, support topic, subject, message and any optional OpenCart, PHP or extension-version details. This information is used to review and respond to your request and to maintain relevant support history.

Do not submit passwords, API keys, payment information, customer personal information, database exports or other secrets through the form.

Infrastructure data

The site and contact endpoint are delivered through Cloudflare. Cloudflare may process technical request information such as IP addresses, request metadata and security signals as part of infrastructure, abuse prevention and delivery services.

Email delivery

Contact-form messages are delivered through configured email infrastructure to the Fencair support mailbox or its verified destination. Submitted support information may remain in the receiving mailbox for as long as reasonably needed to handle the request and maintain support history.

Future changes

Before Fencair enables additional analytics, customer accounts, direct sales or other material data-processing features, this policy will be updated to describe the relevant purposes and processors.
