1. Record versions
Capture the OpenCart version, PHP version, extension version and relevant dependency versions before changing configuration.
2. Preserve logs
Save the relevant OpenCart, web server and extension-specific logs. Do not clear them before the failing workflow has been captured.
3. Reproduce narrowly
Identify the smallest repeatable sequence that triggers the problem and whether the behavior differs between manual and scheduled execution.
4. Check recent changes
Record recent extension updates, theme changes, PHP upgrades, payment/shipping configuration changes and OpenCart modification refreshes.
