Fencair Canada Post Auto Tracking & Order Status Automation v1.0.1

Adds an in-admin Scheduled Tracking / Cron Setup panel with the detected CLI runner path, recommended 15-minute cron example, copy controls, and dry-run commands. Tracking, licensing and activation architecture remain compatible with v1.0.0.

First stable commercial release with Canada Post tracking registration, scheduled CLI checks, merchant-controlled status mapping, duplicate replay and stale-event protections, read-only dry-run mode, signed licensing, direct purchase flow and customer portal support.
